The memorial and its inscription

The memorial was organised and funded by the North Oxon and Cotswold Military Vehicle Trust. It was designed by Paul Keyte of Cotswold Natural Stone and was installed with the support of Hobart Way residents to mark the 80th anniversary of the June 1944 D Day landings.
