This Photo Post Card has been kindly supplied by Mrs Audrey Cox, daughter of Frank Bowler who can be seen in the 1913 Flower Show photocard.
Frank’s hand written annotation on the reverse reads:
“Mr Harmsworth, third left, the school master who started the idea of these shows when he first came to D’ton in about 1918. Left rev Boniface, Vicar of D’ton, next his neice Anne. On right Mr Holford.”
